SUMMARY
I wish I can resize Capture rectangle os Spectacle (Alt+Shift+PrintScreen) as I
do with windows By using Meta+RightClick and move.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Press Shift+Alt+PrScr
2. Press Meta and RightClick closer to the borders of rectangle
OBSERVED RESULT
I can't move it that way
EXPECTED RESULT
Make able to move it that way
