A video showcasing the bug (both monitor are filmed)

SUMMARY
When the cursor is being moved slowly from one monitor to the next, it will
stay on the border in the first monitor and won't go to the second.
I tested several "sides", with one of the monitor being offset with regard to
the other or not. I tried to change the resolutions also. The issue remains
exactly the same.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set up a dual monitor computer
2. move slowly the mouse to the other monitor

OBSERVED RESULT
The cursor stays in the first monitor

EXPECTED RESULT
The cursors should move the same way on the edge as they do everywhere else
