SUMMARY

The network manager plasmoid often enters in a state where the icon in the
systray is not updated to reflect the wifi connection status and signal
strength. For instance, right now I am connected to a network, but the icon
shows a no signal wifi with a "?" as if there was no connection.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Connect to a wifi network.

OBSERVED RESULT
The icon remains unchanged after the connection.
