I confirm the behavior shown in the screen recording on Solus Plasma
Operating System: Solus 4.5
KDE Plasma Version: 6.1.3
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.4.0
Qt Version: 6.7.2

The bug is not reproduceable in git-master
