I totally get your frustration with apps slowing down your computer. It can be
really annoying when you're in the middle of something important and your
machine decides to take a coffee break. The first thing to remember is that not
all apps are created equal. Some are resource hogs that gobble up your CPU and
memory, leaving your computer crawling. A good starting point is to check your
Task Manager (if you're on Windows) or Activity Monitor (if you're on a Mac).
These tools will show you which apps are using the most resources. Look for
anything that's consistently using a high percentage of your CPU or memory and
consider if you really need it running all the time. Sometimes, simply closing
a few unnecessary background apps can make a world of difference. Also, make
sure your operating system and all your apps are up-to-date, as updates often
include performance improvements and bug fixes
