Bug ID: 490535 Summary: Brightness Slider sometimes not affecting every monitor Classification: Plasma Product: plasmashell Version: 6.1.3 Platform: Other OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: Brightness and Color Assignee: plasma-b...@kde.org Reporter: jandominiksonnenw...@gmail.com CC: natalie_clar...@yahoo.de Target Milestone: 1.0 SUMMARY I am using a dual monitor setup. Sometimes after restarting my PC, the Display Brightness slider from the Brightness and Color widget does not affect both screens. For example, right now it only adjust the brightness from my second monitor and not my first. STEPS TO REPRODUCE I have not yet been able to accurately reproduce the issue. I will update this report when I have been able to do so. Sometimes a restart seemingly fixed the issue. OBSERVED RESULT Only 1 monitor's brightness gets adjusted. EXPECTED RESULT Both monitor's brightness should be adjustable with the slider.
