Really cofusing wishlist, but I read this as follows, so the requests here are:
1.  "Match whole word" -button to be added to Ctrl+F
2. "Match whole word" -button to be added to Ctrl+Shift+F

For request 1:  https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=290010#c3 states:

For request 2, add "match whole word" button to Find In Files function:
Seems to be indeed missing. Is there a design restriction here?
