--- Comment #10 from Jean-Claude <jcjes...@free.fr> --- The comments I made in another thread "The latest KStars versions (369, 370, 371) can't be installed on macOS Big Sur" (https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=488499) might be useful to this thread. This is why I report them below: I installed macOS Big Sur on a brand new SSD. I downloaded versions of KStars 3.6.9, 3.7.0, 3.7.1 There is no way to run them. Only versions KStars ≤ 3.6.8 work perfectly. When I double-click on the kstars-3.7.1.dmg I get a system warning : The following disk images couldn't be opened kstars-3.7.1.dmg no mountable file systems As a résumé : - KStars ≤ 368 works perfectly on my Macs - the dmg of KStars 369 and the dmg of KStars 370 mount as they should allowing to install kstars.app in the Applications folder BUT kstars.app is not functional : an alert appears saying "Check with the developer to make sure kstars works with this version of macOS" - the dmg of KStars 371 has the problem described above -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
