If you have an external monitor at 100% scale with a 3440x1440 resolution it
sounds like *everything* on that monitor should be fairly small unless the
monitor is enormous. Is everything else small, or not? A screenshot depicting
the issue with Jetbrains on that screen along with Dolphin for reference would
help.
