--- Comment #210 from Justin Young <justin.young5...@gmail.com> --- I think I've fixed it on my machine. What I did was use nvidia-settings to setup the displays instead of the KDE dispaly settings. I also had nvidia-settings create an xorg.conf in /etc/X11 (this didn't exist previously).
