So I recently upgraded my hardware (but did not upgrade my GPU), and as part of
that I reinstalled my OS + KDE and switched to Wayland. I think this has more
to do with my switch to Wayland (I can try Xorg if that's useful). Before
switching to Wayland, suspend worked completely fine.

I am on nvidia 545.29.06-2.
