I have been dealing with issues relating to changing settings in my kmail.
I tried to change the domain that is used in one of my identities. I tried
sending an email from kmail after changing these settings, but my emails were
being denied by Google due to DKIM (different issue). I noticed on the return
to sender, that the domain still hadn't changed to what I had set in the
Kontact settings.
I deleted some emails from my outbox from the GUI, however Kmail then crashed.
I tried cleaning the folders manually after following instructions from this
bug report.

I got it working after restarting my computer, however now I occasionally get
crashes in the Kontact settings menu, especially when trying to view the
Identities.
Sometimes it doesn't crash, and the Identities page is just blank.
Sometimes the Identities page seems to work after restarting the application.
The crash can be reproduced sometimes.
