I currently don't want to resize the dialog horizontally due to
architectural/performance issues on X11 that cause artifacts. Resizing on two
axis would excercabate this issue. It's not a problem with normal QMenus
because they don't contain an OpenGL scene and resizing them is cheaper. This
can be reevaluated once Plasma fully supports and defaults to Wayland, so let's
go with RESOLVED LATER if it makes you happier.
