Then the design has to be changed, because this IS wrong.
If this is by design, then why it does not happen on the "normal" QT-based
menus, and only on this QML/Plasma based one? Why the inconsistency? Why not
truncate the text on all menus? Because it's wrong.
Almost all of the items get truncated this way, especially if your display
language is not English. It just looks buggy and incomplete, compared to the
classic "classic" menu.
The issue is far from "resolved" so I'm marking it as unconfirmed again. Feel
free to ignore my input and "wontfix" it again :)
