STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. With a floating panel on Plasma 6, click on Peek At Desktop/Minimize All
OBSERVED RESULT
Highlight extends beyond panel boundaries. This is a regression compared to
Plasma 5.27.8
EXPECTED RESULT
Highlight doesn't expand beyond panel boundaries
