Breeze theme not applied
SUMMARY
QtWidget applications don't seem to be getting themed with Breeze on Neon
Unstable. This has been happening for over a month, but I thought my install
was just broken. Today (ISO from sept. 30th) I tested a brand-new ISO and I'm
still seeing it. I'm unsure if this is Neon-specific, but since I didn't see
anyone complaining about it I guess it must be missing some package.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Dolphin in a Neon Unstable session
OBSERVED RESULT
Breeze is not applied to QT Widget apps
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.80
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.240.0
