Applet overlapping floating panel (X11)
SUMMARY
Applets are overlapping the floating panel, instead of floating above it. It is
especially noticiable on an X11 session where applets stay above the panel,
however, even on Wayland where the applets are below the panel it's a problem
because it cuts off some of the pixels at the bottom of the applet
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use newest Plasma 6 version with a floating panel by default
2. Open any applet
OBSERVED RESULT
Applet overlaps floating panel (above it on X11 and below it on Wayland)
EXPECTED RESULT
The applet floats above the floating panel
