Is it absurd that this problem has existed for so long. As far as I can tell
there was never any reason for the disorganized structure of KDE settings. It
makes it very difficult to transfer settings to other computers, across a
backup etc. This should be a much higher priority than a bunch of pointless UI
tweaks to make things look glitzier.
