Happens for:
- readonly FS
- FS which does not support user xattrs (tmpfs for example)
- readonly files (chmod 444) at any FS
Actual behavior:
- set any rating for some image in Gwenview
- verify that Gwenview shows new rating value
- refresh file list (press F5)
- see that rating is reset to previous value
Expected behavior:
Gwenview should show an error and not the new rating value.
Also it would be good to have an alternative backend for setting ratings for
these cases. It was present previously and changed because ratings were not
transferable with files, as far as I understand.
