We use gwenview, and it doesn't work. I dont think "add an option to ignore settings from dolphin" is a good thing. That implies that by default it's normal that gwenview behaves erratically and that having a normal behaviour (like doing what its menu says) is only available once you have identified the problem/searched forum/found the proper option/...
