I do not think it is fair to put the blame exclusively on downstream here. Yes,
it was neglected to test this package (because it is no longer installed by
default in Fedora, the Discover updater applet is used instead by default) and
it seems it needs a rebuild, *but* the fact that it needs a rebuild to begin
with is a breakage of the binary compatibility promises of the KF5 Solid
Framework.
