It has the same probability of being accidentally clicked as "Shutdown" and
"Restart" via Kickoff. And personally I use "Hibernate" much more than
"Shutdown" or "Sleep", so clicking on it can happen much more often, and
sometimes we want to finish undone/minor tasks before forcing hibernating, so
it's useful to have a confirmation dialog to be sure and avoid any fast
clicking.
