SUMMARY

Whenever I set the accent color to be based on the wallpaper, every time I set
a black, grey, or white image as wallpaper, the accent color is set to blue
instead of a monochrome color. Occurs at least on Wayland.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set the accent color based on wallpaper in the system settings.
2. Set a monochrome image (black, grey, white) as wallpaper.

OBSERVED RESULT
Color is set to the default blue palette.

EXPECTED RESULT
Color should have been set to a shade of grey.
