Dang, I think I mis-triaged this bug. Bret, I suspect your issue is caused by a
QML error causing the KCM to not render correctly. Can you run `kcmshell5
kcm_kaccounts`, reproduce the issue, and paste the text that was printed to the
terminal window?
For my issue, I've filed Bug 468298.
