Open Dolphin with only 1 tab. > 2. Create a file, Dolphin fill refresh correctly. > 3. Open a new tab, has to be on the right from the previous one. I am assuming As Ctrl+T dolphin tab > 4. Close Dolphin. Qtrl+Q or ALt+F4, you don't have any more instances opened ? > 5. Open it again. > 6. Create a file, Dolphin will not refresh. > 7. Refresh the folder manually, new file will show up. > 8. The folder will also refresh correctly until Dolphin is closed again. > > Fedora 36 > Dolphin 22.12.0 > Plasma 5.27.1 > KDE Framework: 5.103.0 > max_user_watches seems to be set to 524288 I could not reproduce using your instructions (with neon + Framework 5.103) How did you create your file ? How many dolphin instances were running ? Could report the content of those files: /proc/sys/fs/inotify/max_queued_events /proc/sys/fs/inotify/max_user_instances Can use this command to launch dolphin and report the traces when reproducing the problem: QT_LOGGING_RULES=kf5.kcoreaddons.kdirwatch.debug=true dolphin -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
