Pushed by ngraham into branch 'master'. ksmserver: replace "Halt" with "Shut Down" in user-facing text "Halt" is technically unclear to the user and sounds vaguely threatening. Let's instead use the more common, clear, and user-friendly term "Shut Down" that we use everywhere else.
