Desktop and task bar icons in green and many plasma styles in System Settings

SUMMARY
Removing a global theme doesn't remove its dependencies too

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install one or more global themes
2. Then remove the newly installed global themes.
3. In case the default global theme (Breeze or Breeze dark) is not chosen
automatically choose it and apply it

OBSERVED RESULT
In my case after installing a few global themes to see which of them have some
blur effects, nice window decorations and other cool things, I removed them
all, but I remained with a strange green color for the folders on the desktop
and for Dolphin's icon in the task bar.
Looking at the Plasma styles page, there are a lot of styles there, which were
not removed when the global themes they belong to were removed.
A specific style called "GruvboxPlasma" is also automatically selected.
Please see the attached printscreen
Switching to another style, like "Breeze dark" seem to fix the green color
problem.
But if I click on the "Breeze dark" global them and apply it again the, the
green color comes back again.
If I go to the styles page, I see that "GruvboxPlasma" is also automatically
selected again, even though it should not be for this default global theme.

EXPECTED RESULT
I expect that, if I test a global theme, see that I don't like it and remove
it, all the installed dependencies like:
- Plasma styles
- Colors
- Widow decorations
- Icons
- Cursors
- Fonts (not sure if i my case these were installed too)
- Splash screens (not sure if i my case these were installed too)
- Login screens
- Wallpapers

Are uninstalled too.
Or at lest ask me if I still want to keep them or not.
I might want to keep some of them.
As for choosing the default global themes, Breeze or Breeze dark and apply
them, I expect that everything reverts to the default no have weird colors,
styles and other things that are remnants from other themes.
