First, Sorry for the long post.
I reinstalled Neon cause I really need dolphin, gimp and the other apps. I
haven't updated yet, since «libjpeg-turbo8» problematic version is still there
and out of curiosity, I ran pkcon to see if it did warn me, but I missed it,
well I didn't:

So, I was wondering if marking «libjpeg-turbo8» as held will prevent the mess?
