STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Put the sound control widget on the panel. 2. Launch Dolphin. 3. Click the hamburger menu in Dolphin. 4. Position the mouse pointer over the sound widget. 5. Move the mouse scroll wheel so as to change the volume. OBSERVED RESULT Nothing happens while the hamburger menu is open. EXPECTED RESULT Should change the volume.
