STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Press WINDOWS aka META => kickoff opens
2. Press Tab a few times to select desired item (here "Uruchom ponownie", that
in Polish means "Restart")
3. Having selected "Uruchom ponownie" press Enter => item "Uruchom ponownie"
loses focus and nothing else happens.
OBSERVED RESULT
Enter did not launch selected menu item.
EXPECTED RESULT
Pressing Enter launches selected menu item.
