[plasmashell] [Bug 463152] KDE Neon Install on Dell Inspiron N5050 (that has Ubuntu sticker, so should work with linux) Is very slow compared to usual same speed computers.

And a lot Cpu usage- 11-20-40% on idle

Installed software-properties-qt and no proprietary drivers available.
