See image I will attach after reporting the bug, but the save dialog is
Gnome-like instead of QT-like. I'm running this on Fedora 36 in KDE Plasma 5.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Try to save a file, save dialog looks like Gnome style instead of KDE/QT
style.
OBSERVED RESULT
Gnome breadcrumb style dialog
EXPECTED RESULT
KDE style dialog that lets me click on the path and enter or paste text
