STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right click on any png picture on macOS 12.0 Ventura
2. Select Open With --> Other...
3. Switch Enable menu list from Recommended Applications to All Applications
and select kolourpaint
4. A warning will display below saying "It's not know if this application can
open somefile" (extension is omitted).
OBSERVED RESULT
macOS does not recognize kolourpaint as image manipulation tool
