STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch konsole
2. Create a profile
3. Exit konsole
4. Re-launch konsole
OBSERVED RESULT
The newly created profile "Profile 1" is not in the list of profiles
EXPECTED RESULT
See the newly created profile "Profile 1" and be able to make it default.
