I updated my kwin_wayland today and I can't seem to fullscreen it, it just
switches between maximized mode and normal mode.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have a bottom panel and konsole window open
2. Press F11 key (assigned to fullscreen in konsole)
Actual Results:
Konsole doesn't fullscreen
Expected Results:
It should switch to fullscreen mode
