SUMMARY
The new window overview effect introduced in 5.25 uses a hardcoded effect
duration of PlasmaCore.Units.longDuration set in
effects/windowview/qml/main.qml#L26 (Current main) instead of using the user
set, plasma-wide effect duration
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Configure an animation duration for plasma
2. Start the overview effect
OBSERVED RESULT
No impact
EXPECTED RESULT
Effect uses the configured duration
