STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Region & Language KCM
2. modify any setting and click on 'Apply' button
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
an inline message saying 'Changes will take effect the next time you log in'
with 'Restart now' button appears on top. Please see the attached screenshot.
EXPECTED RESULT
replace 'Restart now' button with a button to log out
