Description of problem:
Sometimes, when PC is disconnected from the internet (WiFi firmware crash,
network becomes out of reach, etc), akonadi's EWS component immediately start
flooding system journal and making the system unresponsive.

How reproducible:
Almost always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. create an EWS account in KMail
2. connect to the internet
3. disconnect
