when entering password/ fingerprint lock screen background becomes very bright,
making light backgrounds hard to see and annoying
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Meta + L
2. type in password or use fingerprint
OBSERVED RESULT
while typing in password the background becomes significantly brighter making
for a worse experience with light backgrounds
EXPECTED RESULT
having the choise to disable it in Desktop effects or not having this at all
