Because it is a safety issue having the notebook around without lockscreen, I
rated it as major.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Try to lock screen (either manually, by time or after wake-up)
OBSERVED RESULT
black flickering screen on mouse movement, no lock screen shown, no possibility
to unlock
EXPECTED RESULT
works as usual.
