Attached in zip file: users page in System Settings in Plasma 5.24.1, showing
no users, and Users page in Plasma 5.22.5, showing error messages
SUMMARY
Upgrade to Plasma 5.24.1 using `kubuntu-ppa/backports` causes no users to
appear on the users page of System Settings. Picture attached below. Downgrade
back to 5.22.5 results in a completely broken users page with the error
messages "Error Loading QML file" and "Invalid KPackage 'kcm_users'" (Image
also attached).
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open system settings
2. Navigate to users page
OBSERVED RESULT
No users visible (5.24.1)
error messages (5.22.5)
