STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open brush editor and try to adjust horizontal/vertical fade parameter
OBSERVED RESULT
It has no effect. The brush doesn't change.
* In order for it to take effect I need to tweak other parameters after.
EXPECTED RESULT
It should work.
