It appears even though Plasma is set to skip the confirmation screen for
shutdown, restart or log out, Discover does not follow suit when the user
selects "Restart automatically after installing packages". When I was doing the
updates, I selected this option and the system showed the confirmation screen
anyway. However, the rest of the system is set to skip the confirmation screen.
