Keyboard navigation works here in the normal way it does elsewhere:
- Tab moves focus between items
- Spacebar presses the highlighted control
- Up/down arrow keys move focus between list items
In addition, the left and right arrow keys move focus between the inline
buttons of the selected list item. That's a convenience thing and it's the only
nonstandard thing we do here.

Then there is a bug in your Plasma theme, and I would recommend that you
contact the theme author about it.
