STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Choose the Breeze Twilight Theme
2. Change the accent color
OBSERVED RESULT
Accent color applied to all "Breeze" parts but not to the "Breeze dark" part of
the panel. The panel keeps its original blue accent color.
EXPECTED RESULT
Accent color applied everywhere
