STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. System Tray Settings
2. General
3. Panel Icon Size
OBSERVED RESULT
the size of the panel icons do not change size when adjusted between small and
scale with panel size
EXPECTED RESULT
the size obviously has to change but even after clicking on apply, re adding
that widget, still doesn't change
