Have the other 2 features been implemented (optional disable and
Shutdown/Restart)?
If they haven't i'd love this to be the way it's done
In the screen lock settings:
[X] Enable power these power actions on lock screen
[X] Sleep
[X] Restart and Shutdown
[ ] Require password to restart or shutdown from the lock
screen
