STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. save a web page as .html to ~/Downloads
2. delete the saved .html
OBSERVED RESULT
associated folder that contains various other files such as CSS, etc still
remains
EXPECTED RESULT
associated folder for the deleted .html file should also be deleted since it is
no longer useful
