As mentioned above, ksystemstats is installed.

ps shows /usr/bin/ksystemstats getting autostartd when the plasmoid is added,
but then ksystemstats goes in active wait for something using 100% CPU. My
feeling is that it may try to parse data from some interface remaining in
active wait because it is not getting something that is expected (most likely
because it waits for something that is X86 specific and not present on ARM
systems).
