I think that ksystemstats is uninstalled from your system, it happens to me.
Try to install it. Here's the instructions to install ksystemstats.
Enable the repository:
# sudo add-apt-repository ppa:kubuntu-ppa/backports
Update the package index:
# sudo apt-get update
Install ksystemstats deb package:
# sudo apt-get install ksystemstats
